dear sir, i puchased a laptop of Toshiba company having one pixel missing since the date of purchasing, shopkeeper told me it will be replaced, you use it for some time. But after two months, when i go to the shopkeeper to replace it, he denied to replace. He minimum five pixels are required to change the Laptop.I talked to the coustmer service of TOSHIBA company but they are also talking the same, kindly help me please.. i purchased on 09.10.2009its cd drive is not working
i purchased it from "solution computers" aliganj Lucknow Up
i was convinced of superior customer service , but they are no responding at all

Laptop No 17303808Q (Model No SATELLITE A 100) has been provided to me by Indian Railways. This Laptop was provided to me while I was working at Jabalpur. Presently the CD drive is non functional. This laptop total 175 Nos) were purchased by Controller of Stores, West Central Railway, Jabalpur vide PO No WCR/S-HQ/MMIS/LAPTOPS dated 03.04.2007.The PO was released on M/s HCL Infosystems Ltd, Indore.
