I had received this mail on June 3rd, 2009. and I contacted Mr. Micheal Young, I'm Merchandiser in Carrefour Muscat working on $350/month salary I inform him that tell me about all charges and procedure once then I will be able to decide I can afford claim or not but he didn't tell me truth once I send him first charges nest day he send me issue about new charges I tell him I can't afford I told you before like this every charges I send was last, I send about $2000 in about 5 months the payee Bank was Bank of China Bank of China send me a Union pay international ATM Card with complete detail about like Pin and serial Number and @ last I received mail from Tax department that I have to send $2920 for income Tax us I tell him I can't pay so he said I will pay $1000 to help you and you have to pay the balance, I didn't paid because I didn't have so he didn't contact me again before one month Mr. Qiao Xuebin from China Tax department that I have to send him my passport copy and $1000 for the tax so they will release the Fund I have all related documents they said deduction is not possible But the Fund is issue on my name so when ever I will send the required amount they will release my fund. Before three Month I received mail from Mr. Micheal Young (claim agent) that the Fund is transfered in Mobile Banking account so I have to send the required amount for the tax (Endousment) then the Fund will released. and they issue me an agreement also with mobile banking phone number and account number and password and said that the amount I will send now it will be last the amount is $1050 US$ but I refused to send, then no body contact me again, Total amount I sent is about $3000 US$. Hope the matter is clear.
