[Resolved]  Track On Courier — Delayed Delivery

Hello,

This is regarding the service of track-on couriers.

Las week I wanted to send few documents to my parents staying in Pune. On 13th Nov 2010, I went to the courier agent at BTM 2nd stage and asked the cheapest (price-wise and not quality-wise!). He told me that it's Track-on. I handed over the envelop to him and he charged me Rs. 80 for that. I asked him when it would be delivered sonce I could have have sent by speed post which takes 3 days. He told me that it would definitely delivered on Monday, i.e. 15/11/2010. He gave me a receipt without the charges I paid. I asked him to write Rs. 80 on all the copies to which he denied saying it is not required and only wrote on my copy.

I waited untill Wednesday for the delivery and called up customer care. One rude lady told me that it would be delivered next day. I again called to customer care next day and got the same answer. On Friday, I called her again and asked to give Pune office no. The call got cut. I again called her and told her that I was told that it would get delivered on Monday and why it is taking so long? To this, she asked me to argue with the agent who promised me that date.

On Saturday I went to that agent. That agent called one person from Pune office. He told the agent that he has been trying to deliver that stuff but house is closed. When I told him that my family stays there and every one is available all day! I asked if he tryied calling the consignee, the he said he tried and the phone was out of coverage area!

After that, he ttold me that he would deliver the stuff that day. But today also it has not reached there.
I gave up calling them since then and thought of posting my concern here since there is not contact details/escalation channel, mail ID on Track-on courier web site!
