This is in regards to my consignment No. 100996091 which has been dispatched on 8th May and has not been delivered yet to our address. The packet contains vital documents of our company and before handing over the documents we have provided clear instructions to the courier people that this packet needs to be delivered on or before 9th May 08 and they were like over confident that this will be done with no hassles.
Now, due to this our company is suffering huge losses. I will sue track on couriers if the documents are not delivered to us by e.o.d 10th May 08.
