[Resolved]  Trackon Courier — Courier not delivered

Trackon Services are very bad. They are not professionals.

Please be aware to send any consignment through this services. Once you book your consignment (ref no.[protected] with this services you will never track your consignment for long time & after 2-3 weeks your consignment will not be delivered. Same thing happened with me twice. Latest one is, one of my friend booked one consignment from Fridabad on 21 oct 2014 & It SUPPOSED to be delivered on 24 oct 2014 in Bangalore. But my consignment not yet delivered to Bangalore yet. If I call to costumer care number, they said this not yet delivered to Bangalore. You will get your consignment on Monday (27th Oct 2014). Now If I call them to know the status of my consignment they still saying that we have not yet received your consignment. Guys is this the way to deal with the costumers. They came into this market with high unprofessional attitude.

Even I had worst experience with this Trackon couriers.
Their agent promised me to deliver my package "track id :[protected]" within 3 days but its been more than 4 days and on their website all I can see is: an update which is 3 days old .

Is this very normal as per their standards, if it is, I can resend same docs using other courier company. Any help or feedback would be appreciated.

Trackon courier is very bad in services. after fifteen days i am not getting parcel. when i am calling on mentioned numbers no body picking the call. never use this services.

In last one month I have sent two courirer using Trackon.While packing the agent says that in normal trackon maximum time it take is 5 days., it took 11 days.I was sending a wedding dress to my sister and since she could not recieve it on time, she had nothing good/new to wear on the occasion.Its total CRAP service.The worst service ever.
I ended up calling fools, illiterate and unprofesional people, whose numbers were provided on http://trackoncourier.com/ContactUs.aspx . Most of the numbers are switched of/agent dont pick call/keep disconnecting calls/recieve it but don't reply so that u will be charged for calling but u will get no one from other end to reply

Again i had to send a basic mobile phone to my mom in a week, the agent said try Primetrack(a LOB of trackon) it will take 2 businesss days and the product will be delivered.He showed it on trackon website that SBD(second business day) is mentioned for your pincode, you will recieve the prime track docket number on yuor mobile.But today on 6th day I had to call the agent and wait on call for 8 min to get that docket number.
.Just to send a phone of 200 gms, which was well packed by me, he charged me 250 INR.And guess what HELL YES, its 6th day today and its not delivered

1. Do not believe any shopkeeper who has trackon services. They say that it will take 2 bds fro prime track and 5 for normal courier... But nothing like that ever happens.
2. Do not leave the shop before checking the number provided by the shopkeeper. Most of them are switched off and if not no one ever picks the call
3. All the number provided on http://trackoncourier.com/contactus. Aspx are fake. Most of the numbers are switched of/agent dont pick call/keep disconnecting calls/recieve it but don't reply so that u will be charged for calling but u will get no one from other end to reply. Especially for bihar/jharkhand/up/haryana/delhi ncr region
4. By luck if any agent picks call they are so fools, illiterate and unprofesional that they will not even take your docket number and will verbally tell you that "hum hafte me do baar hi ghar pe delivery dene jate hain, bhale hi apka saman kal phunch gaya ho but hum usko apke ghar parso hi phuncha payenge."

Conclusion:never choose trackon/primetrack coz its biggest in iindia in courier services

Worst courier company, i always say my suppliers not to send any thing thru this hopeless courier agency.

Tracking system is bad, no responce through emails, no satisfactory answer on help.

My consignment number is[protected] sent fro m bangalore to chennai. Date of parcel done is feb 2nd 2016 (02/02/2016). It is still not delivered to destination and also no updates on what is happening on this. Repeated calls to customer care dept also, no response given. Bangalore office tells it is send to chennai, chennai customer care tells it is not sent from bangalore. If you does not know where the parcel is, where the hell we can go and search. Please see what can be done on this.

Unluckily one of our vendor from Ghaziabad sent a courier via Trackon courier to Indore. We tracked the parcel after 5 days of dispatch. The parcel was received three days back in Indore. But no one took care of delivering the same to us. On the fifth day we contacted their local office but the woman who picked up the phone was one of the most arrogant one I have ever seen. She said I don't know and cut the call. I called again to ask her name so again she hung up. They are not ready to deliver the package even after five days and above that they have no manners to talk to their customers. I am so pissed with their employees as the package was important and urgent.

I will never use trackon courier even if they provide free services.

very poor parcel service in india...especially chennai office people not responding our call ([protected]).I dont know why you people are behaving like this. i should have get my parcel on 20 july.but still no response. if you can not deliver on time close your service why irritating people. i am really fedup with treackon...i won't go to trackon again..please people choose any other parcer service...

My brother send me courier by trackon pvt. ltd on 17 /11/17 from Jodhpur to indrapuram gzb on the occasion of my birthday .my consignment no. is [protected] .I track my consignment on site and I saw the delivery is already done on 18 Nov but problem is I have not received my delivery and after that I called to track on indrapuram gzb and a courier man told me that they delivered my courier to someone else. I just want my compensation back bcz of your irresponsibility, poor delivery
