On 7th Aug 09 one parcel was shipped by HOME SHOPE-18 from Delhi head office to Dehradun to my address but it is still undelivered.The attitude of local branch of Dehradun courier is very irresponsible and rude in nature.Moreover it is not a first case about this courier.I have faced same problems with this. courier few month back when I didnt received the parcel even after 10-12 days from the date of dispatch by some shoping center of Delhi.In both the cases the response of the local courier at Dehradun is irresponsible

Our Company ship material y Trakon Courier Docket no.[protected] dt.8July 2009, but this shipment deliver at Our Kanpur Dealer M/s.Gurukripa Chemicals witout Road Permit, even after many complaints from Our Delhi office, by Kanpur Dealer, it is not hand over till 19.July 2009. This act as crime by Sales tax deptt. as the heavy penalty.Same type incedent happend by this courier with My Lucknow Dealer also which is still not resolve.

Please look in to the matter and try to resolve.

Courier No.[protected] not received. Has been booked in Delhi on 17.07.09. Ver bad response from Trackon Courier.

RT Nagar Office not responding over phone. They don't lift the phone.

Trackon Courier — Parcels Lost / Bad Response

We would like to mention the harrowing experience which we have faced while dealing with this unprofessional Company specially its Director Mr. Tyagi.Our two parcels have been lost by them and the company does not want to take responsibility of the same. They are not responding and doing anything to compensate for the loss of these parcels.

Please let us know what can be done in this case

i was appling MBA course from symbiosis pune. i send the courier on 13 of july 2009.which was delevired on my from address.when i talked to DGM of courier service. she told me we are only responsible of 100 rs. and if you wanna go consumer court, we will see that.

Track on couriers are very poor service very begar
your emlouse are not ans.plz ans in writing

Track on courier is the worst ever courier in th country. It is better to use post-office because it delivers faster than track on. It is better for the track on to BEG for courier on roads, traffic signals etc...

Trackon Couriers — Packet not delivered with correct address.

I had sent a Rakhi courier to Bangalore on 29/07/09 and tracked its whereabouts on the site of Trackon Couriers. They mentioned the status as Address not found on 3/08/09 and it came back to Delhi with status PERSON NOT FOUND on 05/08/2009. The same address has been used consistently to send packages using DTDC etc.. but this time the agent insisted on Trackon (maybe he was getting good commission from there). On top of all this they refused to refund my money.

Bottomline is Trackon is a "cheap" service provider and would remain so unless they do something about it. Well you can keep my money if it helps you stay afloat, but I don't see that happening.

Trackoncourier — not delivered/lost

I had couriered a document on monday 3rd august 2009 from Delhi (C.R Park) to durgapur.
Though the track online shows it has been delivered to durgapur, it still has not reached my home.
Consignee no.

The customer care in delhi do not pick up the phone or are unresponsive. Half of theor no.s dont work or they dont pick up. The no. which i got of Durgapur Mr. Pranasis Dey ([protected]), he does not pick up the call knowingly. Once or twice initially (when i had been lucky) when he picked up, he had only one answer 'will call you know in an hour', i have never received any call.

The document was quite important. I am very much dissapointed with their service.
Any kind of action against them would be helpful.

TRACKON COURIER — Services are not giving at all

Hi, Please dont go for trackon courier whatever you want to send any kind of parcel.
I have booked my parcel on 3rd aug 2009 to day is 9th aug 2009. Still i didn't get my parcel.
In their site i have seen its reached on 5th only. i have attached snapshot also please see.
i have called also they but they heard my problem and keep their phone down. They don;t want to listen also.
Please do something.
