One of my family friend had sent me a shree Yantra through courier sevices "Trackon Courier" from Agra with docket no.177255309. I was supposed to recieve it today at Andheri. I have recieved the packet which was sealed from one side and stappled from other side and the small box inside was empty ,which I discovered when the delivery boy was going back I immediately called him back, showed him the empty pack .He said it's not his responsiblity, when he dilivered it was closed,and how would he know what is inside, he didn't allow me to write on the delivery report that the object is missing from the parcel. I called up the branch , even he didn't take any responsiblity. I wanted that shree yantra for some pooja which ultimately I could not do today. I don't think the ccompany would do anything in this matter. But I am going to take this matter further . No more couriers from Track on.
