[Resolved]  Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd — misplace of courier

I would like to inform you that our parcel despatched on august from West Bengal but still we have not received the parcel, i hope you will do the needful.

In continuation of the earlier complaint of J R Labs regarding non- receipt of documents, from the site of Trackon Couriers came to know that, the document is lying at New Delhi as per the details available in the internet.

I have sent a courier in previous week 14 - sep - 2009 and docket number[protected].

I think trackon courier service is very very poor & fraud because steel today our family not received my documents and that is very important documents related education.

Previous 3 days I am trying to approx morning 11:00 am to 7:00 pm continue follow up.

At [protected], [protected], [protected] etc contact numbers.

But not given proper response.

If you read my message any contact person in the trackon courier then please forworded please.

If you not able to given any type of papers, parcels or etc. so please closed your network.


And also trackon courier website not given proper response because approx information wrong fill & always mentioned under construction.

KIndly revert as soon as possible.

Trackon courier is worst kind of courier so far as service is concern:- they don’t have any professional attitude and the packet are never delivered timely. Shocking enough that some of packets returned backed to them undelivered and the agency does not have any courtesy to return the packet to the customer. They use to take the packet without verifying the fact whether their services are available in that particular area or not.

Till Date i.e[protected] she had not received the above said parcel.The above said percal contains the important documents including a key for the locker.
I Had complaint in Hisar office but there is no response from them regarding this.
If this is your service then i am really sorry that i will not send any courier through TRACKON in future and also ask my friends to do the same

dear sir/Madam all couriers parcel rate is Rs. 30 to 45 Per Kg. your frenchies give is very increase rate from other courier beacuse we have received material from M/S. Kedarnath Enterprises Ludhiana this material received is to pay basises which charge is Rs 166.67/kg but other rate is Rs. 40/kg material total weight is 6 kg wich charge is 1000/- . which L.R. It is worst service & response is very poor because almost more than 10 times i had called your excecutives Mr Anand & Mrs Anusaya from your bommasandra branch but i didnt get any reply
ultimately in the evening i spoke to Mr satish owner of bommasandra agency who had confirmed
to drop the material in his bommasandra office to sort out this issue.Personally I would like to say that your courier service is very bad because the guy who delievers those parcels doesnt have proper
mobile all the time his mobile will be not reachable or switch off.

It had been found that material had been misplaced by your team because those documents says
on the top of box 178 nos & found 82 nos inside the box which is not at all acceptable.
so i kindly request to sort out this issue as soon as possible, iam very sure it had been misplaced during the journey from Rajkot to Bangalore by your team.or we will take serious action on this because that material cost is around Rs 50000/- or your firm has to pay the loss to us to close the matter.

I have booked a courier having very important papers for Baheri Distt.Bareilly, U.P. vide AWB No.[protected] on dated 25.11.09, but there is no any record of ill fated courier on your tracktion record nor the courier has delivered.

I send a courier vide doc no[protected] dt 3 sept 09 having a DD at Akola in Maharashtra. Till date he dont get that. Due that we had a big monetary loss. Now dont know what to do. I have complained many times regarding this to the company but no reply.
