[Resolved]  Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd — non-delivery of parcel leading to major losses

Consignment no.[protected] containing important documents that were required by me urgently in Bheemilipatnam, Visakhapatnam was sent to me from srinagar via trackon courier on 09 Jan. However, when the parcel reached visakhapatnam, the company representatives here did not bother to call me up (inspite of the address and phone number being mentioned). Moreover, citing the reason that the addressed area did not fall in their service area, they returned the parcel back to srinagar. Further, the response and the customer handling of the company reps here was non-supportive and brash. Till 30 Jan, inspite of repeated requests to arrange for the return of the consignment, it had neither been returned back to the sender nor had it been delivered to me . The non-receipt of consignment has caused me major losses and embarassment. I would like to submit the following for consideration: -

1. If the company did not have any service in the addressed area, then why did the Srinagar branch accept the consignment.
2. Once the consignment had been accepted, does it not become the companies obligation to deal with it responsibly and atleast call up / inform the addressee or the sender before returning the parcel.
3. Can you please inform me as to what steps/ actions i can take against the couriers service and their reps.

Pearson Education sent me a parcel containing some important books nearly a month ago with the following Shipment details:

But the parcel has not been delivered to me till date.

I lodged a complaint a few days back, gone without response.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange to deliver my books at the earliest.

It is to inform you that the services of your branch at Paonta Sahib are not satisfactory. A letter booked from Yamunanagar (Haryana) to Paonta Sahib (Himachal Pradesh) was not delivered at our address and was returned back to the consignor after a week, this does not serve the purpose of courier. The POD no. is[protected] dt. 10.02.2009. We are living in Paonta Sahib for last 28 years, but the official personal of your branch at Paonta Sahib are not able to deliver the letter at this address.

When we asked for the reason of non delivery personally in the office, the officer personnel was not able to give any satisfactory reason of non delivery. Instead he said that address was not found and misbehaved with us.

So you are requested to take necessary action and reply us as soon as possible.

The response from your office at silchar was pathetic, in particular Ms Pinki (mob no : [protected]) needs grooming classes lest you lose all your costumers.

I my self have stayed at Silchar and Ms. Pinki claims that it would take 15 - 20 days to deliver a courier from Club Road, Elora Hotel Comple, Silchar to

Room No. : 113, Girl's Hostel, NIT Silchar(REC), Dstct Cachar, Assam.This is infuriating as the distance between the two is barely an hour.

I would suggest you to pull up your socks and stop misleading gullible costumers.

I would also suggest that you do not depute incompetent personnel like Ms. Pinki to deal with clients as that brings a bad name and reflects on your poor service.

Kindly expedite the redressal of my grievance otherwise I shall have no choice but to take course of other legal alternatives.

They are also not able to help me.

worst & poor services ever i saw in my life, as employees are taking their MD name like their MD is working as "SERVANT"at their home or he is just "BEGGAR" and the statmenet i heard with special quote "PK Anand se baat kar lo wo bata dega ki tumhara courier kaha par hai main tumki number deta hoon baat kar lo isse"and very careless about services and way of talking is bogus & my personal opinion in favour of "PEOPLE" that asset & important docs. are not to be send by TRACKONS. & company should be banned immediatley otherwise it will make lots of losses of people.

I have personeally gone to hand over courrier to TRACKON COURRIER OFFICE AT MANGLA ROAD RAJKOT GUJRAT Dt: 07/12/2009 and i have asked that in this cover i am sending demand draft of my daughter fees she is studying in a.b.shetty dental collage derllakate manglore and it is very important and office people promise me it will reach within three days and they have make count and tell me that it will reach on 10th december but still today it has not reached as fees draft not reached so collage people has not allowed my daughter to seat in exam and now i am trying to going in consumer court, now onwards i request all indian never trust or give anything to TRACKON COURRIER ITS WORST AS THEY HAVE SPOIL MY DAUGHTERS LIFE.
