i recieved a courier from track on couriers pvt. ltd., 62, hide market, below hotel paris, amritsar on 4.10.08 with a broken seal and the contents were found missing on opening the packet.firstly the delivery was delayed by almost a week when it is supposed to be delivered within a period of 2 working days.moreover the packet was sealed with a brown tape but the tape was found cut at places and replaced by a transparent tape with track on imprint on it.since i was not available in person to collect my parcel and the same was done by my cook so it was not observed the the time of recieving.the contents worth rs. 500/- were found missing.the reciept no is[protected] sent from ahuja computer graphics near tagore theatre, model town, patiala on 30.10.08 by garg hospital, model town patiala at 7pm and the charges levied were rs 130/- .kindly look into the matter and do the needful Was this information helpful? | |

We request you to see that the material is delivered to us immediately.

the courier which was send to me from delhi (vijay nagar branch) was recieved in a torned condition. this courier consists of 3 forms of HARYANA CIVIL SERVICES each costs Rs-1000 plus other charges i.e total of Rs-3000 & above. These forms are not in a condition to be send.so kindly plz tell me the remedy available to me in this case.
TRACKON COURIER — faulty pathetic service
i received a courier from this pathetic courier company, on 10-03-09, with assign no.[protected], half the tings in the parcel are missing. I received a courrier from kanpur trekon only to find out the things missing from it.The cover of the courrier was teared and handed over to a kid for signature.
consignment no.[protected] was booked at Gayatri Courier Service ( their note no. 1059 dtd 20/04/2009) and addressed to Indian Bank ( Fort branch).Branch manager ( home loan dept.) has mentioned on 25/04/2009 that he has not yet received the consignment therefore I request you to look into the matter & send the courier at the earliest.

This parcel is very impartment, my customer is very hungry, 65, 000.00 thousand order will be missing, so correct reason to send it,
two days will be time only, this is a final complaint, i am going to consumer court, this is a third complaint .
Hosur side your courier office name is very bad opinion, timely not help the your courier .

Pls. clarify is it the method of service providing by you people which is giving burden to us as we are in critical stage to proceed further due to not receiveing the
