[Resolved]  Trackon Couriers — Horrible service and lost package!

Small package sent from Powai to Andheri West in Jan 2011.

Lost in transit.

Neither the Powai DSA nor the "Head Office" has any trace of it, and both refuse to take any responsibility.

35 phone calls and 15 days later, there is absolutely no sign of it. (MRP of Rs. 900 was in the parcel)
