Our banker has dispatched a packet having cheque inside on 18th July, 09 & still I have not received that packet yet. That cheque was compulsory as my payment is pending for the last month.
Now tell me what should I do????

I had sent a Parcel to pune form aligarh on 07/09/09.The consignment number is[protected].The Parcel contained 3 Shirts, 3 pants, 1 Purse, i belt and some chocolates. the courier person didnt weighed it but charged for 3.5 kg, which i paid immediately.He didnt mentioned the description of the particulars on receipt itself.when i asked about it he assured me that the parcel will reach destination without any damage and loss.As i have been a regular user of Trackon Service, so there was no doubt with it, but when the parcel reached pune, it was open and the receipent got only 2 shirts and 1 pant, Rest of the things were stolen.The courier person in aligarh when contacted, showed ultimate ignorance and unprofessionalism.HE simply made execues and start blaiming some time me, some time Customs.
The Parcel worth 3, 600 rs, and around 2600rs worth particles are missing.

Please do the favourable as it is giving me a matter of menetal as well as financial agony.
How can i send my parcels from Trackon Service again and how can i recommend others to use Trackon???
May i expect a helpful hand from Trackon Courier?

No is[protected]. and assure us that courier is delivered next day .but up to time we are not received courier. our important documents are inside the courier. pl check and confirm us that on which date we receive our couirer.

courier NO[protected] having the confidential documents has not been delivered in it destination place Ambala cantt and it is mention that address is not found. But for you kind intimation several courier from balzer flash come in every month in the same address.
2- The courier dispatch from kanpure on 7 oct 09 at the under mention address.

If we are njot getting courier in two days by courier then it is question of why to prefer your courier service?????
Also courier was expected to us on door delivery basis and today we came to know that it is to be collected from Sangli.
To collect the same we have to spend Rs.200/-Extra
