[Resolved]  Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. — delivery delay,tracking

i have sent one packet on 7th apr'10 docket no[protected] form gurgaon to pune still it has not reached

I have sent a courier on 7th Apr'10 wia docket no[protected] from Gurgaon to Pune still it has not reached kindly tell status.

I could not able to trace the Docket number :[protected] &[protected]. When the consignment will deliver?

I have sent a Douccument from Bombay to Coimbatore by Tracon courier on 19/07/2010(Consignment no.[protected]. From bombay Courier person deliverd on 20/07/2010 to coimbatore.When our Party told me that still we are not getting document so i check-up status in online tracking facility in that we seen that from mumbai Air port to coimbatore send on 20/07/2010& coimbatore to Coimbatore A.O OFFICE reach on 21/07/2010 & we are contact with A.O OFFICE & ONE LADY spokes to me & she asking me AWB NO, I told our Awb No. then she Confirm that your documemt in our office & she asking me Address to whom we delivered this document so i told this lady to address to whom you can give them this document & she told me your document we will send uptill 11:30 AM .in the eveninfg our Party told me that still our document not received so i called today in the morning 24/07/2010 coimbatore A.O OFFICE i think same lady is there but now she told me to whom you can talk with this document related enquiry & she returned this document they asking me the name of this lady to whom you can talk & we are asking why you are returning this document so she told address not proper so we returned back to mumbai office .this document always going for this addtress & same address is there now what happen if you want so i can give the awb no. also, that time no problem has come what happen know .If they are not capabe to send the cosignment then why they are making fools to customer & given the tracking facility. its our urgent document .we had enquiry for that consignement, they can not inform also that we are returning this consignment because we are not getting address. if they informed us so we can send our party to collect the consignment from your office .know how many days going here& there & our document not reach on time . our party said that you are fooling that you send the document, so how can i said that we are not fooling us .we are truth this is courier persons mistake. know who told ?& who bear this mistake i can ask you whose mistake pls clarify them? next time we will not sending with your courier service . we know that your service is good service.some courier persons mistake but who bear this lost.

i have send document thorugh tracon courier docket no.[protected]...from M/S jain trading co., robertsganj, sonbhadra(u.p.) to M/S krishna nand rai, 2nd floor, kuber coplex, rathyatra sigra, varanasi.

trackon courier pvt.ltd. — Passing the parcel content

I had sent a courier to my cousin in mumbai from noida..although he recieved the parcel with 4 days but the valuable contents of the parcel were missing.it seems that somebody had opened the parcel and collected those stuffs which are valuable are resealed the parcel...when the parcel was recieved ..its wieght was 250gm less than what was sent. when the delivery boy was queried then he said-he had delivered what he had recieved.My consignment no. was[protected].

I have couriered On 12 th for Kancheepuram. I paid 90 Rs.

They Said the documens will reach by 16th.

It was urgent and today on 20th My mail has not reached.

I was charged for Air but service provided like bullock card.

From RAJ Overseas, Agra to MAXIM, Chennai tracking no[protected] dated 27/11 yet to be delivered in Chennai.There is a RR receipt original.Goods already reached the station but not the RR by your courier to clear the goods.
Please check and deliver immediatlt!!!

Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. — THE COURIER THAT WAS SCHEDULED TO REACH HYDERABAD ON 12-JAN-11 HAS STILL NOT REACHED.

AN IMPORTANT COURIER WAS SENT USING THE ABOVE MENTIONED COURIER COMPANY GAMDEVI BRANCH. IT WAS ASSURED THE COURIER WOULD REACH HYDERABAD ON THE NEXT DAY 12-01-11. TODAY IS 16-JAN-11 AND THE COURIER HAS STILL NOT REACHED THE DESTINATION.

my important document with docket number[protected] with my important notes and study material coming from Delhi has yet not been delivered . My exam is on 13th feb. and its too urgent to get them before 31st jan 2011. If you cannot deliver anything on time why would you take such critical assignments ?

srry to say sir, but your service is really bad i will never advice to my friend to take services from your company because we had despatched my document on 1st March 2011 from ranchi to mahagama branch through trackon but till date they havenot got the courier.

Trackon couriers pvt.limited — not dispatch of consignment

I send a courier from Aligarh to Vaishali, Ghazaibad on 10-aug-2011. The consignment no is[protected].
But the till date 17-Aug-2011, the consignment is not delevired at given address. I call many time on courier company but they not give me positive feed back.
