[Resolved] Tradus — Invoice not Provided | |
I had recently bought a mobile phone online from Tradus.in. However the phone was delivered to me without a proper Bill / invoice. As per the deal, the mobile phone carried 1 year manufacturer's warranty. How can i avail 1 year warranty without a bill? I have contacted their customer care so many times and every time they have only one answer. "We are working on it, give us some more time" And now they have even stopped responding to my mails. They asked for phone IMEI and serial number and I had provided that long back I have begun to suspect that this could be a grey market that they have shipped to me, why else there would be so much delay in obtaining a bill from the dealer who shipped it. (DBM Marketing India Pvt Ltd) I have shopped online on so many websites and have a bill for everything purchased even if its value was very less. I have to admit that customer service of Tradus in this case is pathetic. Ebay customer service is too good. They resolve problems in no time and keep the customer interests in priority. Seeing this kind of attitude I will not shop with Tradus anymore and would advise people the same.
