Tradus — don't get the delivery of the product or any information

i purchased 2 Sandisk 4GB Cruzer Blade on 24/10/2010 from tradus.in

order number - 1057684

after purchasing the item tradus did nt gave me any detail of the shipping
even i have sent more than 10 complaints on tradus.in custmr care email id for getting the shipping details
they are not giving me any details..
even they dont have a cm care number on the website..
pls look into this matter and do the needful for me
