Tradus — Not received Refund after returning product and its more than 2 months | |
Please provide as much information as possible...I am writing this complaint to express my extreme bad experience with shopping at the tradus.in. I have sent approx 40th email to tradus from my side to resolve the issue, but all in vain. I have seen very unprofessionalism from the tradus.in staff .
I have made an order on 16th June (Order ID : 9526004) with tradus and on receiving the order I have asked for a return order due to bad quality of product, I have returned the Clothes with 100% packed untouched and were not even tried. I have sent then courier airway number too.
After that I haven't got any refund . After a couple of emails and phone (Mr. Dolon Karmakar +91-[protected], this person received the call. Not sure if this is the real name ) I was told that the refund will be done in the next billing cycle,its more than 2 months now. I have heard no response from tradus, even after a couple of email no proper reply or no reply given. I have felt lots of mental harassment from the tradus staff. Please guide how can I get a refund from them now. Do I need to submit a physical application somewhere or posting on this forum is itself a complaint ? Please guide .
