[Resolved]  Tradus — Order Missing

Order Missing
HI,

On 19th October, I have ordered a Sticker 2x15=Rs.30 from Tradus.com. The amount deducted from my account and the order was displayed in tradus.com order history page,

But unfortunately after two days, my order history was not dispalying in order history page.

I have mailed them regarding this, and they replied as there was no record about the order.


Are you really looking into my issue or not. Still how many days you need!.. And afer 45 days there will be no transaction records, so you are waiting for that?..

consider if the amount was 30k insted of 30. I need to shut my mouth???

you considered that my transaction will be fake? Since 2 orders in my history was not processed???.

i dont know what you are thinking?? I demand a clean explanation.

There is no response hereafter.!! The thing is that, Thank God, the amount was small Rs.30 only, consider if the amount was Rs.30000/- What can I do..???

I don't know about the error!!! I haven't received any order related sms or email.. so now i don't have any proof other than bank statement. I have mailed them all the proof including bank statement, reference number and BRN (since am working in the same bank, i got this BRN from netbanking team).

The same issue has happened to me and the amount I have lost is Rs 650.
Should I forget this amount?
