I have ordered One flip cover and crystal case for galaxy grand from this website and had paid too them through online

But product is not delivered even after 2 weeks except some useless system generated messages.

These people doesnt have little common snense of contacting a person during product delivery.

This doesnt even have one telephone number to address customer grievence ,Then hw can they handle buisness.
