Tradus — Refunding back of money | |||
I have ordered an item on 22nd February, 2013 which is a John Carry Formal Shirt. On 26th February, I have received a mail from the Tradus team where they said "Seller still has the time 28/02/2013 to ship out your product. If Seller is unable to do the same within the stipulated timelines, then we will Cancel your Order & initiate the refund process within 24 working hours and will inform the same to you." Then I have sent a mail to Tradus team as well as seller also, but none of them responded to my mail. I want my money back, please help.
