Tradus — Money not refunded against online shopping | |||
Dear Sir, While doing online purchase from tradeus.in a ibibo venture, I used my credit card & completed payment formalities , but even after completing the formalities the order was not placed & money got debited from my account twice. I tried to contact the customer care of tradeus.in as well as ibibo but they are not responding. Please help & do the needful.. regards, Anjan Was this information helpful? | |||

Even i have the same result. only difference being i did it using net banking portal. can any one tell me how to proceed? Have any one gone for any legal fights. My purchase was for Rs. 12650. Payment made against an IPod touch 8GB. Please kindly help me find a solution.
