Tradus.com / HTC Explorer — payment debit but product not received

I order HTC Explorer Mobile Phone for Rs.7449 via net banking here i attached that payment bill also and i received message to my mobile no [protected] that was (Thank u for placing an order with TRADUS. your order 4101270 has been authorized) but still there is no response from tradus. my product also not received.
