Dear Sir,

ON[protected], I FOUND THAT Rs. 10/- HAS BEEN DEDUCTED BY Reliance Communication. WHEN I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD THAT I HAVE selected/accessed JAVA game from R World BUT I did not access any games from R World, even I never checked R World Menu or I never used any applications. I found that reliance has automatically deducted my money against the services which are not activated/used by me.
This is not a way that Reliance can deduct any amount without any usage or selection of any applications. When I lodged the complaint against it, they gave vague excuse and blaimed me that I have used R World. I kept on telling them that I have not used any applications/ games but they did not listen, Sorry to say that this is totally cheating.

HOW CAN I TRUST THAT NO AMOUT WILL BE DEUCTED IN FUTURE AND HOW I WILL GET BACK MY AMOUNT????

• Is this the way to work/act such a reputed organization? Please respond me with a satisfactory answer.?

My Name is PUNIT N SHAH and i am using reliance prepaid from last 1 years, From last 6 months I found that reliance is automatically deduction money against the services which are not activated by my.
This is not a way that you can reduce money without the approval of customer. Many times I logged the complained against it. In the month of march 30 Rs was deducted from my account even I did not subscribe any pack, I logged a complain against and the customer care executive assured me that in future no pack will be activated and no amount will be deducted, But again in the month of april 30 rupees has been deducted. As today I speak to the customer care executive he said no amount will refund but be assure in future no amount will be deducted.

HOW CAN I TRUST THAT NO AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED IN FUTURE AND HOW I WILL GET BACK MY AMOUNT.THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME I AM PAYING MY 30 RUPEES TO RELIANCE WITHOUT SUBSCRIBING ANY SERVICE??

it is better for the "reliance company" to "beg" instead of doing the "business by cheating the public..."

I'm using airtel connection[protected] for the past 2yrs, when ever i'm trying to call customer care (Both 198 & 121) an IVR voice is responding to dial *121# for balance queries, i don't know why these people are disconnecting my # for customer care, if i have time really i pull this issue upto consumer court... If i call to nodal officers also they are saying that with in 2 days it will get solve, but not yet... I wasted large amount by calling nodal officers, moreover the service providing by people who are working in airtel customer care (Chennai) are really pathetic, such a worst service and they are getting paid unnecessarily... Hope TRAI will look into this issue...
I am a BSNL Prepaid subscriber o[censored]PE and using a tariff card of Rs222/month. According to this plan BSNL to BSNL night calling is free. But some of my balance is daily deducted by BSNL service provider .I have already complain many times, But BSNL customer care has not taken any action till now.

i got relience mobile connection no.[protected] from chennai tamilnadu.I tried to make isd call to armenia for many times, but it got connected to the armenia only once.The mobile operators charged me for all those calls made by me before it was connected and while on ringing also.I made the complain to the operator but they won`t accept their fault saying that the calls were connected.only once that connection has got.mobile operator cheeting.do the needful

TRAI — sms rescrictions

100 sms per day is not a good decision for the customers. because sms is the way to communicate with the friends, relatives etc. so kindly get back your decision.. Also all the sms sites is not allow to send a sms after 9pm. i think this is waste thought, make a good decisions instead of worst.
The restriction of 100 sms per day should be done away with. It restricts the fundamental right to freedom of speech and expression. The old situation should be restored. TRAI can not decide how many sms a consumer should be able to send per day.

TRAI — SMS RESTRICTIONS

As the TRAI has put a restriction on sending SMS as PDPS(Per Day Per SIM) to 100/day, which almost like restricting the our fundamental right of FREEDOM, so please lodge a complaint against this new rule and take a quick and solid action on its with drawl.....PLZ TAKE. Hi,

I am reliance gsm connection holder and my number is +91-[protected] since August 2010. From couple of months i am facing the problem that my balance is cut down any time without any reason or providing any reason for that.

i.e. on 10th Oct 2011, I have recharged with 32 /- Promo and 1p/1sms SMS pack was due to renewal on 11 th Oct, of 26/-
total balance was above 34/-, if I consider 26/- was cut down for sms pack renewal, still 8/- balance is reduced unnecessarily, but now I am not able to send any message to my friend while having enough balance in my account.

I have few questions

1. Was SMS pack renewal successful or not? because I haven't received any message regarding sms pack renewal successful.

2. If SMS pack renewal didn't occur then WHERE THE HELL IS BALANCE GONE??

3. if SMS pack was successful then where the REST 8/- BALANCE IS and WHY I AM NOT ABLE TO SEND THE MESSAGE ?


Please try to be honest while replying me, and I hope you will look forward to resolve this issue else I HAVE TO LOOK FOR OTHER WAYS TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

We have applied to idea cellular on 18/08/[protected] and again on 04/11/[protected] to avail port out as we wish to port in Vodafone. We have also paid the amount of 3500/- to Idea cellular as extra charges so that, port out process is completed without any hassles. However, inspite of completing all formalities for the port out, Idea has not relieved the number [protected] which is in the name of Mr. Nitin Karia. Mr. Karia is facing from a lot of inconvenience due to this negligent and deliberate behavior on behalf of idea. Kindly look into this matter and ensure that appropriate action is taken.

Dear sir/madam wen u ill chan sms plan...
I had applied for Billing to Prepaid service on my 2 Reliance numbers at the Reliance Mobile stores, Mira Road (E), Thane, twice, and they gave my time frame of 7 days however everytime I go on the 7th day they say the request has been cancelled by me through a phone call, however I haven't recieved any phone call from Reliance about cancelling my Billing to Prepaid request. I want to know how can I raise a complaint with TRAI about this

This is Avinash from patna and my cell number is [protected]. My number is closed since last 8 days without any reason. I submitted all the required document four times.

Every time when i go to your Idea office I allow to meet only gurd apart 4m guard none of your employee pay attention. Every time they asked me to fill the form and told me " aaj sham ko aap ka number suru ho jayega"

Wo sham aab tk nahi aaye. Ap ke usi office ke ek worker hai Mr Alok kr. singh jo TSE sales hai jin ka cell number hai [protected], wo to waha se sab se mahan person hai un se jab mila to un ka bolna hai ki mai aap ka number start nahi karunga aap jis se milna hai jis se bolna hai bol ke dekh lijiye kis ke baap ka din hai ki aap ka number start kr ke dikha de.

Is tereh ke worker se brand like Idea jin ka apna ek alag position hai bahut bura asar hota hai. I do't know ki aap logo pr is mail ka kya asar hoga ya aap log is mail ko kitna serious lete hai par aap ke image ke liye is terh ki service sahi nahi hai.

Market me competition bahut jayda hai so agar service sahi rehe to aacha hai, nahi to customer ke paas option bahut hota hai, at last bas itna bolna chahunga ki koi valid reason ho to number band kara kare nahi to kuch employee ki bewkufi ya un ke casual approach ya un ke work ko serious nahi lene ke karan agar customer ko problem ho to ye aachi baat nahi hai
