Dear CNBC Awaaz Team While going through your new channel, I came to know that with your immense efforts TRAI has brought new regulation for the consumers who do not want to be disturbed by unwanted calls. And TRAI Chairman has announced some new guidelines in this regard 24.5.13 which will be effective from 1.6.13. And what a joke on the same evening I got a call from HDFC Life, from[protected], on 24.5.13, at 5.10 PM to buy some Insurance Product. I am writing against this co. since last 1½ year everywhere from the HDFC to TRAI Grievance cell, to TRAI Nodal Officer to PS of Telecom Minister and at last to Telecom Minister 2 times but no one listened to me. I would like to bring to your kind notice that Mr Kapil Sibbal, Minister of Telecom has announced a fine of Rs. 2,50,000 on such telemarketing Co. but when he himself is not honoring his own words and a commitment to Nation on 27.9.11 in all the News Channel, who will care for the words and guidelines of TRAI Chairman. If you like I am ready to give you all the call details and the letter and communication made at all levels. If your channel is really working hard I am ready to help you out with all the correspondence and efforts I took.
