transcend 32GB class 4 microSD card — failure,Extremely poor build quality,and pathetic customer support

I had bought a 32 gb class4 micro sd card for my Samsung Galaxy Note.Immediately after unpacking and installing the same it was recognised.but within 30 min or so the card was no longer read.Tried it using a card reader same result card not recognised.I request every1 who is interested in buying memory not to go for transcend as it is very poor both in build quality and customer support.
I tried to call their toll free number which wasnt answered.The number for their andheri service centre is not reachable???? and the result of calling their tardeo number is no one answers.
Please if u want to run a company you have to behave better with the customer.AND AS MY COMPLAINT TITLE SAYS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC....
