[Resolved] Transcend — EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE STILL NOT REPLACED | |||
I had given my External Transcend 500GB Hard Drive for replacement at ACCEL FRONTLINE, ANDHERI on Feb[protected]:13PM I was told I would receive my HDD in 45 days. Today is April-07-2013 and i have still no clue if i m gonna get my HDD back or not... When status is checked on http://myservice.accelwms.in/ it shows Defective Item Status - Blocked for Allocation - Escalated Items Defective Item Status Date - 2/22/2013 9:55:07 AM So poor service offered by TRANSCEND AND ACCEL I WANT MY HDD ASAP !!!!
