[Resolved] Travelchacha. Com — flight cancellation not refunded | |||
I had booked a flight ticket from bangalore to guwahati for 5sep ,2012. however I cancelled the ticket on 3sep,2012. I was promised within one month I will get the refund to my credit card as the booking was done online through credit card.but till now I have not got the refund and I am paying interest on the credit card every time.i call them daily and a person from accounts name-dharmender singh, tells me that it will be done within 2 days.but till now its not done.please help me to get my money back.and that person never responds well in the call.please solve this issue. i have done many follow ups in call and email but no use Was this information helpful? | |||

Travelchacha.com — Refund of Flight Ticket Cancellation
Hi,I have booked a Flight Ticket From Bangalore to Delhi using Travelchacha Online website on 10th of May 2010.
Find My booking details as below:
Booking Ref No. : AHRKQC
Description : BLRDEL
Amount : Rs. 3587
Later due to some change in my travel plan I had to cancel the ticket booked on 10th of May 2010 on 20th of May 2010. My cancellation was successfully done. Find the cancellation details below:
Order ID- AHRKQC
Total Amount Received - 3773
Cancellation Charges - 750
Travelchacha Service Fee- 250
Refund Amount- 2773
Refund Ref No.- 11797
I also received an email confirmation from Travelchacha that the refunded money will be credited into my account within 20-25 working days. But till date my money has not been credited into my account. Its been 8 Months since I cancelled my ticket. I have called Travelchacha many time but each time they some or the execuse that it will be done in next week, some says your cancellation processing has been done etc. I Have also attached a screenshot of the email received from Travelchacha.
Please help me in getting my refund amount as soon as possible.
