[Resolved] Travelchacha. Com — refund of money | |||
I had booked airlines tickets online from travelchacha.com in the month of Aug 2011.Due to some reasons I cancelled the tickets on the 1st of sep 2011. I was sent a mail by the airlines that the refund would be credited in the a/c within 25-30 working days. However even with repeated phones calls to their executive over phone, the refund has not taken place. I am always told it is under process. Hi, ihaven't got the refund of 10178 rs and nor the ticket from them ,it's going to be one month now, they always say you will get it in next 24 hors. my reference no. is ANRTTB
