ILLEGAL CUTTING OF TREES

IAM A RESIDENT OF BAIRAGARH,BHOPAL,M.P.
I HAVE ONE COMPLAIN ABOUT CUTTING DOWN OF OLD TREES WHICH ARE PLANTED ON THE SIDELINES OF MAIN ROADS, COLONIES, AND OTHER RESIDENT AREA INSIDE THE CITY.PLEASE HELP US TO SAVE THEM. THESE TREES ARE VERY OLD, THEY ARE REFRESHING AIR
AND TO MUCH EXTENT THEY ARE REDUCING THE HARMFUL EFFECTS
OF POLLUTION CREATED BY VEHICLES.
PLEASE HELP US TO SAVE THEM. THE COMPANY WHICH IS ENGAGED
IN MAKING ROADS IS ILLEGALLY CUTTING TREES. THEY HAVE ALREADY CUT DOWN SO MANY TREES. NOW PLEASE DO AT YOUR EARLIEST.
OTHERWISE WE WILL LOST THESE PRECIOUS NATURAL RESOURCES.
I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL TO YOU. IF YOU PREVENT THEM FROM DOING THIS CRUEL DEED.

Sub: Complain to stop the cutting down of the Trees in my village Boru
Dear Sir,
With reference to above subject, In my village the Sarpanch of the Gram panchayat has planned to cutting down so many trees behind my house for the Gram Panchyat Income.There are trees like Babools, Neems, Kanja etc. Among these one of the Neem tree is 20 years old & well planted .So, Kindly request for to prevent them to do so as early as possible.
I will be very thankful to you, if you help me .

Trees as many as 5 to 6 beautiful ones were cut by the residents of our housing apartments due to minor problems of mosquitos and garbage. The trees gave a beautiful look to our already old apartment and the cars parked got the shade in extreme heat. The people of our society dont understand the importance of trees and then would keep blaming the heat. I would like you to take urgent action against this please. I stay in E block, Flat no. 31 of Kirtisagar Apartments, Jodhpur, Satellite, Ahmedabad.

Kindly take urgent action.

I don't know where to complain...
Trees which almost 100 years older, 25 to 30 in number around 40 feet long are ready to cut with in one or two days by some builders, planning to construct multistorage building in that place.
location is behind NMDC masabtank, beside jahara misjid, bharat gas godown line.
concerned people... please do some appropriate action.

THERE IS ONE DOCTOR WHO HAS BEEN ALLOTTED BSL QUARTER AT 4D/6008, BOKARO STEEL CITY WHOSE NAME ID DR.NEEL PANKAJ. IN THE SAID QUARTER THERE WAS MALBERY TREE, LEMON TREE, PAPAYA TREEE, ASHOK TREE AND JAMUN TREE. THE FATHER OF THE SAID DOCTOR HAS CHOPPED ALL THE TREE. IS IT PUNISHABLE UNDER THE FOREST ACT OR SOME OTHER ACT OF THE LAW OF THE NATION TO PROTECT ILLEGAL CHOPPING

The last five year, enormous trees cut down by some villagers, now they are also planning to cut down more tree within week.
I want to take survey of this village of last five years, and take strict action against them . this action will help village to green.

Hello,

In my residential building, the residents have cut down Asoka trees . This was done to prevent bacterial and infectious mosquitoes and insects.

Please advice is this correct? If not, what possible action can be taken on this.

I stay in Vadodara city, state=Gujarat.

Hi..
I live in Santacruz Mumbai, i stay close to western express highway. Exactly in front of my house there is a Gulmohar tree, its very beautiful. But once in every 6 months the branches of the tree are cut, when we enquired they say that they are from BMC (Bombay Munciple Corporation). But i dont understand why they are doing so, when the tree is causing no harm to anyone. Infact many of them stand under tree for shade. On Western Express Highway there are big Hoarding for advertisement and some time the small portion of the hoarding is hidden because of the tree. I have doubt whether this cruel work is done for the hoarding to be seen by everyone.

Sir/madam,
I have gone through almost all the complaints and reply pertaining those complaints whereby Panchayat is illegally cutting the trees which is established in the panchayat land. Being lawyer i want to bring into your knowledge that before cutting the trees Panchayat shall have conduct an auction and forest department will suggest the price for the auction so therefore if Panchayat is selling the trees without consultation of the forest department you can prosecute the Panchayat for its illegal and arbitrary action.

I have one complaint about Cutting down of Old tress which are Planted on the Sidelines of Our Roads, Colonies, and Other Resident area
Inside the City. MIRA BHAYANDER CORPORATION is receiving Tree Tax every year in PROPERTY TAX BILL
Please help us without any major reason MBMC cut down 8 to 10 tress within 2 days at EVERSHINE ENCLAVE ROAD
These Trees are Very old they are refreshing air and reducing the harmful effects of Pollution created by Vehicles.
How many year is passed to Grow One tree & these Money minded people cut trees without any hesitation.
On other side MBMC put banners for GREEN MUMBAI

You are requested please look in to the matter urgently otherwise these people cut more trees for their personal benefit.

I don't know to whom am I complaining...

Three years back, a news paper report said that, Baroda is a 'green city' - IT HAS ONE TREE PER PERSON (Population of Baroda was approximately 18 lakhs and we had similar number of trees in Baroda district )

But in last three years, on the name of development (new fly-overs, widened roads and new buildings) so many trees have been chopped off that, i am sure the 'one-tree-per-person, ratio would have been grossly skewed.

Many of the individuals feel for these trees... but there is no collective effort to stop this senseless activity...

I suggest, from now on, all those who want to oppose this activity of chopping off the trees (for any damn reason) should wear green colour clothes on every Monday. This would be our attempt to replace the greenery...

Kindly pass on this message to as many as possible and make your city green!

GREEN BANYAN TREE CUTTING
A very good big green banyan tree is being cut to make space for the illegal "Kanak hotel"
At Khambalpada Naka, opp Mega Maruti Service Station, Dombivli E.
Complaint to KDMC is of no use.
There is no local tree protection society nearby. Pl see attached snaps.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I Mr. Deepak Bharat Shelar residing at andheri east from last 37 yrs. my complain is about illegal cutting of trees .The place where i live in andheri east Gundavali,Mogra Village, plot no 153. there was so many trees this place was under construct by one of developer who has not taken any permission from BMC for cutting trees.This developer has already cut 11 tree without BMC permission which was in good condition.

Even today some man of developers came to cut another tree and this tree is about 40 years old and with good condition with fruit on its.I asked him why they are cutting tree without permission so one of his man Mr Mahesh told me that they have taken permission from BMC,so i asked him please show me the permission copy so he refused why should i show you and his labour has started cutting the tree.So atlast i and one of my friend Mrs.Sugra called Police help line no 100.So police come at 5:45pm from Bit Marshal One Named is Mr.Sachin Maruti Jadhav(06-0047) and her complaint no was W00307915 and even she has longed complaint to Andheri Police Station.After police came there they stopped there work and runaway.
Sir please my question is that ask them so why they runaway that means they cut the tree illegally way so please look this matter and also i noticed some point 1)Is they have permission to cut the good conditions tree.2)Is this right proses to cut the tree from the base without cutting branches 3)As they know there are three house exactly below the tree who will take the responsibility of them. 4)Before cutting the tree BMC people has not survey this place were tree belongs and not even asked any people residing over there.

So sir i request you to please check reallity that they have permission to cut the tree if not please take the legal action again the developer.

Three trees on road are being cut by the nearby residents and they are claiming that it is hindering them. Please take immediate action. Sreepathi nagar, 4th cross, nanjundapuram road, Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore.
