[Resolved]  Trees — ILLEGAL CUTTING OF TREES

I am resident of Infocity, Gandhinagar - 382007, Gujarat. By grace of God we had very good numbers of trees in our campus, but since last one year the local staff maintaining the gardens are chopping trees now and then. Today also they chopped many trees. I am a nature lover and can't bear cutting of trees without any cause. Please give me solution or help reach the right authorities.

Personal — ROAD CUT

Infront of House No 293 Sector 14 Faridabad there is road cut which has not been repaired since long.Please get it repaired as it creats problem while travelling

Dont' know who is responsible — Felling of Trees

On 24 Nov 2008, morning, I saw a tree almost fully trimmed making way for the organisation/shops name to be clearly noticeable. (near zynova hospital and indiabulls loans shop)
This tree is near sarvodaya hospital bustop, ghatkopar w, mumbai. You cannot miss it.

With reference to above subject, In my village the Sarpanch of the Gram panchayat has planned to cutting down so many trees behind my house for the Gram Panchyat Income.There are trees like Babools, Neems, Kanja etc. Among these one of the Neem tree is 20 years old & well planted .So, Kindly request for to prevent them to do so as early as possible.

A team of 5 to 6 boys are indiscriminately cutting trees in plot opposite Hotel Dakshin in Vazira Naka Borivli

in vikaspuri a tree outside K R MANGALAM school H BLOCK is about to fall and any mishappening can take place...please see to it.it can fall on any passing by vehicle or person.

Trees as many as 5 to 6 beautiful ones were cut by the residents of our housing apartments due to minor problems of mosquitos and garbage. The trees gave a beautiful look to our already old apartment and the cars parked got the shade in extreme heat. The people of our society dont understand the importance of trees and then would keep blaming the heat. I would like you to take urgent action against this please. I stay in E block, Flat no. 31 of Kirtisagar Apartments, Jodhpur, Satellite, Ahmedabad.

Tree cutting — Tree cutting in main road

A tree in 3rd Cross, Rammohan Puram, Behind Devaiah Park, Bangalore-560 017 has been mercilessly cut. By the time I could stall persons cutting the tree, they had removed all the branches and I have stopped them from cutting the main trunk. This has been done by the person who is constructing a house in that road. Will the authorities check and punish the person who has given the permission. The tree in no way was obstructing any house.

I don't know where to complain...
Trees which almost 100 years older, 25 to 30 in number around 40 feet long are ready to cut with in one or two days by some builders, planning to construct multistorage building in that place.
location is behind NMDC masabtank, beside jahara misjid, bharat gas godown line.
concerned people... please do some appropriate action.

THERE IS ONE DOCTOR WHO HAS BEEN ALLOTTED BSL QUARTER AT 4D/6008, BOKARO STEEL CITY WHOSE NAME ID DR.NEEL PANKAJ. IN THE SAID QUARTER THERE WAS MALBERY TREE, LEMON TREE, PAPAYA TREEE, ASHOK TREE AND JAMUN TREE. THE FATHER OF THE SAID DOCTOR HAS CHOPPED ALL THE TREE. IS IT PUNISHABLE UNDER THE FOREST ACT OR SOME OTHER ACT OF THE LAW OF THE NATION TO PROTECT ILLEGAL CHOPPING

In saharanpur. U.P. Horticulture center. Known as company Garden. There I found the illegal cutting of green tree. please do something to stop it.

Dashrath Singh are ten Asaalo wooden racket, he cut trees and sell it so they are not licensed, nor has he made any Rjistresn, they also own a warehouse which he is keeping all the materials , they good enough income from the business of wood is about two lakhs in the month he would have earned, their partner with them and that these together with a wooden racket do, their name (Anil Singh) their two children a boy and a girl, boy, but I do not know the real name of village people called her the name she is called "Gudder", Anil Singh, even the big name "Santosh Singh"
These people have money but Inhone Buht not yet full tax, even their ration cards is made below the poverty line with

I want to take survey of this village of last five years, and take strict action against them . this action will help village to green.

Hello,

In my residential building, the residents have cut down Asoka trees . This was done to prevent bacterial and infectious mosquitoes and insects.

Please advice is this correct? If not, what possible action can be taken on this.

I live in Santacruz Mumbai, i stay close to western express highway. Exactly in front of my house there is a Gulmohar tree, its very beautiful. But once in every 6 months the branches of the tree are cut, when we enquired they say that they are from BMC (Bombay Munciple Corporation). But i dont understand why they are doing so, when the tree is causing no harm to anyone. Infact many of them stand under tree for shade. On Western Express Highway there are big Hoarding for advertisement and some time the small portion of the hoarding is hidden because of the tree. I have doubt whether this cruel work is done for the hoarding to be seen by everyone.
