[Resolved]  Trimurti Enterprises — Sale of flat after Renting

Dear Sir,

I have taken a 2 bHK flat for rent from Trimurti Enterprise on 20th December 2009 onwards. Flat address is C-401 Bhumiraj Retreat Sec 14 sanpada Navi Mumbai 400705. I have paid brokerage of Rs 14000 for 11 months Agreement & 5 post dated cheque till month of april. There is involvement of another real estate agent from koperkhairane in this rent who suppositely turned out to be close relation of Flat Owner Mrs. Mohini srivastav. Certainly around 15th May 2010 we got a letter from them to vacate the flat as it sold out. It is sold out by same trimurti enterprise who make a good amount of money by renting me as well as saling it to another buyer. He sold it at Rs 5050000 Approximately. When I told him why he gave me the flat on rent when it is to be sold out he told to read me the agreement. When I told him to atleast adjust his brokerage & search out a new flat for me he never replied. Ultimately I compelled to took another flat with new brokerage of Rs 14000 + paid Rs 5000 for shifting of household items. The same language was spoken by the other agent of Koperkhairane who was actively involve in this. MY question is if this way brokers do the business where we are suppose to head & how much money we spent apart from rent just to stay for 11 months. In short by six months i incurred rs 33000 just for the sake of searching house. However I didn't say anything as all agreement is in favour of Landlord/ Licensor. This chapter was closed & licensor paid me after deducting one month rent from security deposit on 15th June. Certainly on sunday dated 12th september 2010 koperkhairane agent told me that My april month rent cheque is bounced back & he is forcing me to pay the same. The cheque is honestly bounce back when I chequed due to overwritten signature. This was deposited on April itself. My question is he could have deducted this amount from security deposit on june only and gave me back the balance amount. Again he start harrasing me. Now please suggest me since cheque is deposited on april & he started following up on september when he has already sold the flat in good amount. This man is becoming greedy.... Please suggest us what to do & what action can I take as I am not willing to pay up the bounce back money with the kind of Torture I have suffered.....
