[Resolved] TTK Prestige — Faulty Induction Cooktop | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I bought an Induction Cook Top PIC 4.0 having no. [protected] on 23.09.2012. It failed to work in one month. I brought to its Sakchi Service Centre who assured to repair in one week but completed after three months. Service mechanic told me that there is problem in PIC 4.0 and I should try to replace it when it fails. Again it failed after working for one month. On contacting TTK Prestige's Jamshedpur Area Service Engineer Mr. J. Panda & Mr. Sagar Nagelia of Smart Kitchen, they told that that get it repaird. Since I have been relocated to Tata Steel Ltd. Gomardih, P.O.-Tumura Dist-Sundargarh, Odisha-770070 I find find difficulty in getting repaird frequently. Even repairing charge could be very high after warranty period. I bought induction cook top pic 10 on janaury 2013. From today there is problem it shows E0 on display and give beep, after changing many pot it is not working. Please suggest suitable solution.
