I have bought a Prestige induction stove PC i model on April 2011, it was wonderful at starting stage , but within a month its stop working, when i plug in the indicator not on i am try to catch the people from prestige service, but they are not reply or atten my call, Was this information helpful? | |||

I have purchased prestige induction stove pic 1.0, The new piece was not working when I seek for replacement
The service people said motherboard need to be replaced for fixing the issue, They are not ready to give the replacement.
Its really not acceptable to replace parts (motherboard) in new product
Such a big concern have only one service center in chennai for their products...Worst service.
I am not at all satisfied with this product.

I am Devanand from Avadi, Chennai-71. I given my Prestige Induction Stove for feather touch buttons not working problem. I lodged a complaint No.654, dt.28.07.2012, at Avadi service centre, Ph.no.[protected]. Since poor response from customer service personnel. Until now they not confirmed the status of repaired stove. Please do enquire about this and enable to me to receive without problem. I am sure Prestige provides excellent customer service. Kindly extend your support to us.

I am not happy with prestige induction stove, especially the agency at JP Nagat 1st phase . they changed the card inside, with in 15 days it short again, they are asking us to pay the money again for repair . a much lower rate induction works much better than this, i will not recomend this to any body ..
I am not happy with Pretige induction stove bought at JP nagar 1st phase shop, the shop owner is also very rude. I had given the prestige stove for repair, they repaired and after going home with in 2 weeks it got spoilt again, the company representative says that electronic items warrenty is just for 15 days and they will again charge for repair . I am totally unhappy and might not buy any pretige items in future again.

i have bought a prestige induction stove pc 6 model on may 2011. When i switch on power there is no response from stove (such Fan, light heating). May be some short circuit problem. Anyway i am await for service center feedback.
When i was switch on power. it has default setting 2000(Max heating). During this case there is chance of high current passing to circuit(as per standard start form less(min heat) because of the program design in stove.
