Cheating customers by selling fraud products without any regisration firm

Good Morning Sir, this is Sumitra residing in Marathalli I am customer of this products and i purchased this product from Bangalore his address is no 14, Vidya Nivas, 8th cross, 4th block, Doddbommsandra. But he is giving the bill by other address even he don't have any registered office also firm Board and when ever i called for money back he is not even to ready to pick the call or switch off. Please here i am requesting you to please stop this kind of business in all over Karnataka.
