Under the instructions and on behalf of my client Shri. Prashant G. Vastrad Age : 37 Years, Occ: Office Superintendent of Shri Siddeshwar Law College, Bijapur R/o Prema Nilaya, Vastrad Colony, Near Vishwabharti School, Asharam Road, Bijapur- 586103( Karnataka State) I do hereby issue this legal notice calling upon you as under :-
1. That my client had purchased Air sofa Cum bed for Rs 6990/- ( Six thousand Nine hundred Ninety only) from your Tele shopping office through phone contact and make payment of Rs 7240/- through A/c Name TESCON OVERSEASINC A/c No.[protected] IFCA/ RTGS CODE : ICIC0000831 from my client’s SB A/c of Vijay Bank Bijapur Branch under its order no 388.
2. There after, you have received the above said order and received the money and sent the air sofa cum bed under its Bill No. 688 Dated 03/09/2010.
3. But it is very unfortunate thing, that your air sofa cum bed is not in good condition and so also there is a manufacture defect in your material air sofa cum bed. For that my client has suffered shock as well as mental agony.
4. Immediately my client has approach you, through phone contact but you have not given Proper response and also your going to give one and another reason to my client. Ultimately my client became no other way but to knock the door of legal help.
5. Under such circumstances, my client has suffered mental agony for your activities and so also he has face insult before his friends by doing all the above said TV TELE SHOPPING system.
There fore you are here by requested to change the very above said air sofa cum bed to my client within 15 days from the date of receipt of this notice. Other wise you are held responsible for legal consequences (either civil or criminal ) which please note.

The charge of this notice is Rs. 3, 000 /- shall be payable by you to my client

On 29th April 2014, I had placed an order for Toy Helicopter, Fast Track Sun Glasses, LED Microscope, Air Compressor Pump, Mesh Net Laundry Bag, All in one Card Reader, In Car Bag.
I made online payment as per your suggestion in 2 slots as the same was broken into 2 different orders. Reason unknown to me.

First Order with order number, D04140577, was made for Rs 2752.00 - Products included were Toy Helicopter, Fast Track Sun Glasses, LED Microscope and Air Compressor Pump.

Second Order was with order number D04140578, for an amount of Rs 184.00 - Products included were Mesh Net Laundry Bag, All in one Card Reader, In Car Bag.

I got the products for second order with order number D04140578 on 02nd May 2014.

I got the products for first order with order number, D04140577 on 03rd May 2014 at around 11.30 AM. As soon as I opened the boxes and checked the products. The products are found to be not upto my expectation. Hence would like to cancell this order and request you for refund the amount Rs 2752.00

As such the toy helicopter is not in working condition and the LED microscope is too small and the sunglasses are not worth to be named as Fast track - looks like duplicate. Air compressor pump is also too small and I have not checked that.
Hence all these products doesnt not suit my requirement and are not of any use for me. Hence please cancell this order and let me know the procedure to return these items.
I have packed the same in the same packing material and kept ready for dispatch.

I had called your office number and the lady who answered me asked me to call call center number on which also she only answered and asked me to send this email.
Please do the needful.

Nicer dicer

I bought a nicer dicer, on the 2 nd day o[censored]sage the small blades all came off from the frame. I hardly used for 2 times. Kindly solve this problem
