[Resolved]  TV Teleshopping — Consumer exploitation

Have ordered hair instyler in TV Teleshopping and paid the money. But they have send another product instead of Hair instyler. Have contacted so many times for the last 3 months for replacement/refund. But none of the time they have not responded properly. Now I come to know that This TV Teleshopping is one of the most fraud company in india offering the online product sale. The simply looting money from the consumer by this way. Please do not trust TV Teleshopping. Be aware.
