Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that the product requisitioned under
transaction Id is 10270632 has been delivered to me today the 15th dec, vide consignment D0760940.
1. In this connection I have to say that I had placed an order for the supply of one unit of MORNING WALKER (DIGITAL 3 in 1) on line on[protected].&..made payment of Rs 6990.00 on line..but the item delivered is CHI EXERCISER GYM LINE...why so please clarify the point with the difference in the two products..
2. ATTENTION:--
SECONDLY WHILE OPERATING THE INFRARED SWITCH OF THE MACHINE, ONLY THREE INFRARED LIGHTS GLOW WHILE THE OTHER THREE ON THE RIGHT SIDE ARE BLANK.IE DO NOT GLOW.
THE OTHER FUCTIONS OF SWING, VIBRATION ARE ALL RIGHT..
.UNDER THE CONDITIONS IT SEEMS A DEFECTIVE PIECE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO ME...PLEASE ARRANGE TO REPLACE THE PIECE IMMEDIATELY..WITH A DEFECTLESS ONE..

Please refer my email dated[protected] &[protected] and the complaints lodged with customer care desk under NO:s 317605 dated[protected] & 318883 dated[protected] and expedite action taken into the matter with regard to the replacement of defective product..
Please note that your silence is not going to pay you any more.. your attitude of silence will in no case can be appreciated...I will be constrained to tap the other channels for the redressal of my grievance..
in case the organizations fails to meet the aspirations of the customer.
Tall claims of customer satisfaction by your company are are futile and misleading.
Hope to receive response within 3 days time failing which I will be at liberty to take up my complaint at the appropriate forum.
