Our Order No-OC2463783. Customer Code: C1081543. I have received your product dated[protected], but 1 Qty MC-10 Camcorder not working properly, and not started till date. So that i have informed to Customer care. So that he was given assurance for the new camcorder delivery against your defected MC-10 camcorder at your residence address. Please note our complaint no.508608 dated[protected] & 2nd Compliant no-518842 dated[protected], 7th Compliant no-567262/167 dated[protected], but till date not received 1 nos MC-10 camcorder and not any reply at your side. So that I have Requested to you. Please send the new MC-10 Camcorder Immediately & defected MC-10 Camcorder collected by our Residence Address. I wait for your best reply. Thanking You.
