[Resolved]  TVC Sky Shop — I-BOOK REPLACE

i do agree when ever i call up to their ccc they are very keen for selling i book but not providing the complete info whether msoffice will work or not and they don;t know this information properly...

I dissagree because M.S Office is given preloaded in it. being ce version. all 2003 & 2007 & 2010 will support the files

First of all buddy u need to have patience, they surely gonna give replacement o[censored]r belonging product. even i was having same issue, but they do provide a replacement

I totally disagree with you even i faced the same problem after that i called to customer care and launched my complained, within 10 days they replaced my product

Ya i agree with you mr rohit because even i have purchased an i-book laptop from tvc skyshop it was working in fine condition for 2 months after that i was getting a problem in some setting of laptop but later when i contacted customer care my problem was solved within 3 days

Absolutely even i agree with Mr Suraj as even i was having some problem with my I BOOK laptop USB drive but it was resolved in 2days by customer care of TVC

21 july 2011 ko maine tvc sky shop ko i-book ka order diya, i-book mujhe 22 july ko hi mil gaya...lekin i-book ki 1ghante mai hi maa chud gayi.
Usane kam karna hi band kar diya.????

Yaah Mr Manish is absolutely right, as per my experience I BOOK is one of the best quality laptop that i have been ever seen in my whole life.

As per my experience it is a good quality product compare than any other laptop. Even my I BOOK also working in good condition from last 8 months.

TVC — LAPTOP NOT WORKING

Dear Sir,

I have found the advertisement from Prabhat Khabar that TVC PVT Ltd launched the Note book lap top Rs 8000 /- only and i make a call to company immediately and place the order but 3 days after lap top has hang and not yet started till date i call to company they were not responding

so than I said to company TVC PVT Ltd that kindly request to cancelled my order but Company has not taking any complain

TVC Sky Shop — ALL PARTS ARE WEAK AND UNUSED

WE PURCHASE ON OCT 2010. THE MARLIN IS STOPED BETWEEN RUNNING. THE BLADES ARE WEAK AND DRAINED WATER IN MARLINE. JARS ARE ALL DAMAGED AND USELESS.

Ya i do agree with Mr jignesh even my I BOOK is also working in nice condition. It is a good quality product that i have been ever seen.

Yaah Mr Jignesh is absolutely right, as per my experience I BOOK is one of the best quality laptop of TVC. And service of company is also great.

Even Im facing the same issue, i purchased it for 7500 on 28 august and 2 September it stopped working, i gave it to the service centre and they are saying that there is some hardware issue, i have hardly used it for a day.

I have not yet got the replacement
