[Resolved] TVC Skyshop — Payment ie made on 24/2/2011 & still the product is not received | |||
I had ordered on-line through Website www.tvcskyshop.com on 24/02/2011. I had ordered 2 units of slicer dicer for Rs.1580/- (Each @ Rs.790/-). I had made payment using my VISA credit card successfully. The message Transaction Successful Your Transaction Id is TR[protected] and the order number given to me online was OW00004434. I had contacted their call-center[protected] several times (At least 6 to 8 times). Their call center informs that my payment is not received by them. Hence, I had sent my bank statement wherein the payment detalis of Rs.1580/- was effected by my bank successfully. After this the call center was reluctant to connect to their supervisor or manager so that I can complain to him. I tried to contact the corporate office as per the telno given on the web site.ie Tel.:[protected]. twice. The person answering was reluctant to connect to the corporate officials and disconnected the phone without listening to me. I had also sent a mail to them to their mail address Email:[protected]@tvcskyshop.com, nothing happened. No responsible person is ready to talk to me or even replied my e-mail, phone calls. as of today, I am yet to receive my product after expiry of 17 to 18 days. where as their site and the call center announcements are that they are sending the products so as to reach the customer within 48 hours of ordering the product.
