Dear TVC Company’s member,

I have purchased Marlin 123 from your company (delivery dated 24 Nov.,
2010, Order No. OC2478896). I regret to put it on record that the
machine did not even start on the first day.

Towards this, I have called many times on number of customer support, but
no one has responded to my call. I also called delivery man (Mr. Chirag
Shah) he has also not replied satisfactorily. He told me that this is not
my responsibility. I am just delivering items.

Hence, I request you to immediately arrange to look into the matter and
arrange replacement immediately.

Your company, being a reputed firm, is not expected to deal with the
customer in the above manner & request once again to solve the problem
immediately.

Dear sir,
I am really astonished as I have not got a feedback to my earlier inquiry regarding the purchase of sky pan, "Transaction Successful You Transaction Id is TR[protected]",dated 17/12/10. I have intimated on tvc skyshop feed back post to at least inform about the product dispatch, unlike in ebay you get an immediate reply,and secondly you pay through my paisapay which is safe.

TVC SKY SHOP ICON G4 mobile — Non Delivery of Product within time

Lured by the popular adds published in newspapers I ordered an iCon G4 mobile online from tvcskyshop.com on 23rd March 2011. I got online receipt mentioning the order confirmation that says the product will be shipped by next 48 hours. Price was around 6500.00 . The receipt shows my shipping address clearly.

I waited for 1 week. then called their customer care. I was told that the product is shipped on 25th March and will reach me shortly. After few days I again called them and this time I was told that my address is incomplete in their records. (which is obviously not, Why should I suffer for a fault at their end ??), most importantly they did not mention this issue earlier. I again called on 8th April. the person logged my complaint to the head office and promised me to copy in that email. But as usual I did not get the email !!

I am disgusted with this utter nonsense and unprofessional attitude of this company .
They have taken the money but showing no responsibility to deliver my product.

Looking forward to a suitable action from this forum

TVC is a totally fraudulent company. Their customer care just does not respond leave alone attend to complaints. I am prepared to join any one who is willing to lodge a case against them in the consumer forum. I too have bought a icon g4 mobile onFeb.2011 in rs. 6700/ rupees and it was stopped to work after 02 days, I have noticed from other disappointed customers. hye i m Sailesh bhavsar. i m cheated by TVC SKY SHOP. Because i purchase icon G4 but many of function are not working like call recording, 2 mega pixel camera, 1 gb inbuilt memory, this all function are not available and its camera's clearity like VGA camera. And when i call customer care they not answer good. they told me that if you call us, when u received product and found problem then we do something. I already complain within one day of purchasing. so i adviced if you want icon G4 pl z don't waste your money. because its looking like china and work like china and format, icon all things looking like china. The only reason i disagree is that you might have got a defected product but you can get replaced by calling customer care
