[Resolved] TVC Skyshop — Double Payment Charged By TVC SKY SHOP | |||
I had purchased a pop corn maker from TVC Sky Shop In January 2012. Initially i made the payment from my CUB bank account, which was hanged up. The money was deducted from my account but order was not made. So I again ordered it 2 days back using Credit card. The Order Number is OW00024767. The order was delivered, but the money was deducted from both accounts. After a long discussion with their customer care person Mr.Kamlesh Bamne, he stopped replying to my mails after i gave them the Statements of bank. Its July now, but there has been no reply from them. Is this how TVC Sky Shop loot people. This is their reputation!! I still have the details of both the bank statements with me as proof, i can mail them anytime as only one attachment is getting uploaded here. Kindly help me out. We would like you to inform you that we have not got the payment from you for your first transaction.
The second transaction done through credit card was captured in our account and had been processed accordingly.
We request you to take the matter with the concern bank account who has issued debit card to you.
