I have ordered an iCAM16 camera to TVCSKYSHOP company with Order No. is OC2581131. I got camera on 11th March.2011 by home delivery and paid full money to company. But the Camera I got is not supporting memory card. I have complaint many times with complaint No.- 623100_16 on dated 15th march.2011 and complaint No.- 630003_167 on dated 17th march. 2011 to Company. Company accepted my complaint of REPLACEMENT of iCAM16 camera but i did not get my camera REPLACED by TVCSKYSHOP company till now. I call the company custmer care service many times but "company is saying that the product is not in stock or we will dispatch the camera tomorrow … etc." no satisfactory response is given by company. It is a very harassing situation that TVCSKYSHOP Company is not REPLACING my iCAM16 Camera.about six month ago i received a call from tvcskyshop company personel "Mr. Kamlesh" he told me that send the product back to company after that we will change the product, I have send the Product on 30th July 2011, but after that there is no satisfactory response from company side, Mr. Kamlesh ("the head of godown") phoned about one month ago that we will dispatch your icam16 camera very soon and you will get the product within one week. But after so many complaint I did not get my icam16 camera till now.
It is requested to concerned department kindly look into this matter seriously and resolve the issue so that i got my iCAM16 camera replaced or refund my total money.
