HI,
I want to share the experience which i am facing from past 6 months with Apache RTR 160 Hyper edge... I prefer saying not TVS Racing but TVS Worst/Troubling. At the beginning when i got the bike from MHD Showroom (Chintal Basti) the problem was there at the first day itself. it was said to me that everything will be cleared at the first servicing and not to cross the speed of 60km/ph before the first 2 servicing and i followed so. but after every single service i had to get the bike again back to the servicing center saying the problem still exist. I use to give my bike for servicing at MDH servicing center only at Cintal Basti. The total free service is 5 and i have done with 9 free service in which still 1 free service pending because as i said after every free service i have to get my bike back to servicing point and give stating the same problem is still there. this really has wasted my time and money.
My observation was that after my describing the problem also the servicing center personals didn't bother to re-check the complaints which i mentioned in there Job-Card and it was observed that after my coming back to servicing center the problems were still existing and they called me up saying that servicing is done, all problems are rectified and covered and on that day i came to know that just cleaning of external parts are know as servicing....
is this the servicing standard of TVS???
