[Resolved]  TVS Motor Company / Flame — Service Problem / no spare parts available

I Have Purchased TVS bike Model (Flame) on 14.11.2008 and from the day of purchase i am facing problem in my bike .

1. Noise comming from silencer as if it is damaged from inside .
2. Noise comming from engine
3. Self Start is not working but Battery is ok


I am regularly following up with local TvS service centre for last 2 years but they are not able to provide solution and they are also not having any spare parts . After that I have also lodged complain to TvS helpdesk but the are not responding at all.
On 25.9.10 i lodged complain to TVS costomer careand Mr Murgeshan and he also could not help . The complaint no is 10439 .

Please help in this matter at the earliest and kindly provide satisfactory solution.
