I bought a bike
Really it useless bike, I don’t recommend to buy it anymore.It is giving us lot of problems, my wife is crying at me, as to why we bought this brand new bike pep+.
It has been stopping all of sudden on the middle of the road, if we try to restart then even it doesn’t restart by any means .Not sure how should I take that vehicle to show room by then, that too during the rainy days , the probelm is more intensive.I visited to show room Manytimes by putting the leave to my office.Even sepcific complaint has been raised whenever i used to leave for service Sri Vignes motors in Triplicane showroom ( Chennai ), the problem remains same.Simply adusting air lock pin , and making it started that time , showing it is ready now, sir...if you face same probem again please bring back to show room ..this is the one, which is a big comedy feed back they give us as complementary service.
They never identified the problem, which reflects their poor service and poor standards of TVS company ..I am crying now as I lost my hard earned money of INR 48000/- including all accessories .They never truned up for customer satisfaction or complaints after it’s sale. I will escalate this to the higher level and pls dont force me to do the same Was this information helpful? |
