TVS Scooty pep+ - service was not proper

i have purchased tvs scooty pep + dated 23-7-2007 , right from the beginning all the services are done in your authorised service stations , first time at hari om motors bhopal and all other remaning services till date at attractive automobiles 22 A indrapuri bhopal. last service dated 14-3-2011 was not up to the mark today my vehicle ceased while driving and was unable to start when i reported to attractive automobiles about the problem pertaining in my vehicle they refused to entertain me and it was their fault which they did not corrected at their last service it was because of their negligence i have suffered ....it is my humble request to do the need full and immediately look into the matter
