Very poor quality of Battery

I recently Purcased on 02.02.08, at that time the self motor in not working properly the serviceing center people said it is dev to the battery is kept idealy for long time but when it come to reagual usage it will does'nt make any problem. From that day the problem is sarted the vehicle sarting is the became a big task for me. When I have give a for (scooty pep+) service(3rd)in "M/s M.G.Brother, Anantapur" the dealers and authorised service centre of TVS company. I had a problem in the Battery or sarting motor. For the same problem earlier i got serviced twice, and the problem has not been rectified. This time again he said he has to do the same process which he did in earlier two services to rectify the problem.
In every service they simply recharges the battery and send same battery. I kindly request you to help me in this regard.

When I have give a for (scooty pep+) service center at CBE. the dealers and authorised service centre of TVS company. I had a problem in the Battery or starting motor. For the same problem earlier i got serviced twice, and the problem has not been rectified. This time again he said he has to do the same process which he did in earlier two services to rectify the problem.
In every service they simply recharges the battery and send same battery. I kindly request you to help me in this regard.
