[Resolved] TVS Scooty pep+ — poor service

on 31-12-11,I gave my wife's tvs scooty pep+ Reg. No.TN 75 B 6383 to Derik Auto Agency,Nagercoil for a thorough overhauling(a complete service) with a specific problem in the back wheel where the back wheel not
revolving in a straight line and the wheel was shaking laterally. I further requested to replace the tube of the back wheel.

on 9-1-2012,I took delivery of the vehicle. The crankshaft assembly had been replaced as per Derik Auto Agency,Nagercoil Service Invoice No. 10197 dated 9-1-2012 for Rs.4106.50(total cost of the bill)

The shaking of the back wheel remains as it is.

Request remedy for this poor insufficient service.

TVS Scooty pep+ — Intermittent pulling/Petrol Block Problem

Dear sir,

Yesterday(18.6.09), I have made a complaint reg the scooty pep+ intermittent pulling/petrol block problem and the service at the dealer Macherella motors. It has been mutually understood and consoled and they have taken the vehicle for service again. If it is not rectified, I will come to you again. No harsh feeling for both o[censored]s.

I'v purchased a TVS Scooty Pep+ from M/s. Anton TVS, Kaimanam 5 months back. The vehicle is having lot of problems with it since i bought it. I'm totally fed up with the vehicle. i'v purchased it for ready cash. i lost my money...presently my vehicle is in TVS's service centre which is famous for poor & irresponsible service. Now am moving to file a petition at consumer court.

TVS Scooty pep+ — against dealers

I had brought a tvs scooty pept from purulia district , west-bengal on 24.1.2011.
But when I want to contact that show room for first servicing , then I came to know that , now there is no showroom of tvs. All phone of them are either switch off or not responding.
Please help me and let me known , what can I do ?

tvs pep+ — poor service

Dear sir,
i have purchased one TVs pep+ 4days before and got engine problem,self start problem,some time after running 10km it stops automatically,poor braking,sound in handle,voice in engine..i have concerned with authorized dealer but no body responding at all by showing cause by saying minor defect.kindly suggest and proper action..my contact no-[protected]
