We have purchased 3 scooty streak from ASR Dealers pallavaram. According to the manual within 600 kms or 1 month first service has to be done, 2nd service has to be done by 3 months or[protected] kms, 3rd service after 11 months. Due to continous travelling we were unable to send the vehicle for service till 4 months, we had taken the vehicle for service but when we took the vehicle in mid of 5th month, dealer informed he will take the vehicle only for 3rd service and there will be no warranty. After paying INR 43000 and buying a vehicle and getting this kind of reply is pathetic. Vehicle has just travelled 1300 kms and I think it should be eligible for 2nd service, some kind of customer satisfaction should be there. While marketing they were on their knees but after service has been pathetic. They just go by the manual provided by TVS. I would like to have few questions, when they can do anything and everything to sell a product why can't they satisfy the service levels. Before we buy a vehicle we receive hundreds of call's as follow up, once the deliver is taken we don't get a single call as reminder for service or any other details which is offered with certain dealers. Really I don't know how ASR has been offered a dealer-ship for the kind of service they have been providing to the customers. Though we have bought 3 scooty streak within a period of 3 months there has been no positive approach from the dealer and it is sad how can we promote this vehicle to our friends and relatives with this kind of shabby handling.
