TVS scooty service is very worst in Domlor, Bangalore. They are putting worst spare parts. With in a week, vehicle condition goes back. But they are charging for each service more than Rs 800.

Looks like their all service stations share the same story. I got my scooty serviced at Kundanhalli service station. They charged Rs. 2000/- in the name of putting new battery in my scooty and servicing the vehicle. The scooter never came on self-start mode after that plus the brakes are too loose to make your vehicle suitable to meet with an accident.
 
TVS as a company sucks.... they are good for nothing. i got a bike from them , the TVS apache and right from the begining i have had problems with it. they could not fix it and then their service centres are the worst any company can have... i have given my bike for servicing 4 times in the Goa Kala Service Centre and they have never fixed a single problem. they do not even wash the bike.
i regret buying a TVS bike and i will never make the mistake again and will ensure that none of my family members or friends ever buy a TVS.
 
SUB: Lack of responsibility of TVS officials.


This letter is drafted in response to utter frustration given by TVS service centre Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram, kerala.

I considered myself to be a proud TVS Apache (Frame No: MD624HE3062k56398, Engine No: 0E3K62056256) owner but the irresponsibility of the TVS service centre officials have truly let me down.

I have approached the service centre a couple of time to get some urgent spares for the bike, they let alone, providing any valid reason for the unavailability of the same didn’t even respect the customer. When I asked them about the TVS head office address they just ignored to give the address. They also put a mockery which is quite a lot of frustration for me.

Hoping this letter will do some good to improve the service that all your customers deserve. Or my options are few and I shall opt any other brand which has some customer value.
 
I have purchased TVS apache last year but i am not satis fied with its performance every month there is problems like battery charging shockobsorber noice in engine etc i have complaint further also so please do need full call me on 9850074071
 
Huhhhh I have purchased TVS Apache in the month of Jan 2007 and i was very proud to own it. But this proudness did not last for that long, i am having several problems like Sound in the engine, Battery dischargs, Gear Shifting problem. I always give my bike to Susheel Motors, Kukatpally, Hyderabad because they are the top most dealer for TVS in entire Hyderabad. Till today, i have given my bike for four services, every time i request them to fix up the problems which i have mentioned earlier, but all in vain they are not at all fixing the problem perfectly and battery they do not even charge it at all inspite of my repeated requestes and on top of this, they argue with the customers telling that they have fixed the problem!! Can any one help me out in fixing up this problem (I mean good service center) and how to lodge a complaint on this dealer.
 

Irresponsible behaviour @ service - TVS Apache (150 cc)

From the last three services, I am trying to replace foot brake switch of my TVS Apache(150cc) as it is not working since I did second service of my TVS Apache(150cc) but till date(6th service has comed up) it not get replaced as the same answer I got from their end

"sir, We dont have that Switch in our stock".

I even make this complaint in their complaint book. They give me in written also that switch will get replaced by 15 Feb, but now its 27 April but still my situation is same. Nothing has been done regarding my complaint, their answer is same.The service station that show such irresponsible way ofworking is

I had bought My apache rtr 4 months back, wright from the begining i have a problem with the fork. Thrice i gave it to service and complained about the problem but still they havent rectified the problem. Customer service is worst than other services, They r not even water washing the bike properly.(Medavakkam showroom). If i would have given my bike to local mechanic he would have resolved my problem. I need a resolution for this. If its not resolved as soon as possible then i would have to take further action. I should get a reply for this mail immediately.

I am having a TVS Fiero F2 bike and staying at Haldia, an industrial hub at West Bengal. The distance of nearest authorized TVS service centre is more than 45 KM, which is located at Tamluk and name is SHAILA MOTORS. Their servicing is worst among other companies. They never solve any complaints, even they enhance the problem. As for example, last time when i serviced there, they had broken the side leg stand for solving the minor problem in that part of bike. Moreover, they are not giving any "Pukka" (original) bill for any thing, except service charge. Also charging huge money for spare parts.

i am having a bike TVS apace, i m going in service centre for they says me u r late for 8 days for ur third free service u can go for fourth.. why i do so when in the book is writtem 6 months or 2500 km or means what ????
try to do something to rid off
as i m wroking for 2 months regularly for my company with no holidays even sunday and saturday... so teel me what to do

I bought new Apache RTR 160, after few days applyed disk break the back light is not glowed, so i compalint regarding this problem later the service the Disk break is not working, again and again i said this is my bike problems. after my second service they said TVS company manufacturing the Break such a way so we cant able to rectifiy your bike problem. i know that problem is with the Service engineers they dont know how to rectify this break problem, without knowing bike service then why they are telling like this.

I want to know exactly problem with the servie center engineers or the TVS COMPANY IS NOT PROVIDING GOOD DISK BREAK.

Everything seems to be nice about the bike
And yes it is!
But everything will go down with time!
it may be first service or later services
The service provided by TVS is so pathetic that, such a good bike will be of no use later sometime. I own a RTR and everything was screwed up in the service! no pickup no mileage no balance !huh!
i am tired!
I complained to tvs and good thing no response from them too! now started suggesting the guys not to go for it and every other RTR owner supporting me!
Be carefull guys,
If you still want to buy go for it!
but ask the people who own! and never buy from shrihari motors koramangala bangalore~!
 
I bough TVS Apache RTR 160 Bike in the last year Aug 2007. When i bought from tht time i got a sound from the engine. I asked with the service engineers they told me After first service it will be good. So i left, in the first service i informed the compliant.He told we will find out and rectify, but whatever the problem i told they didnt rectify . I was given the bike for first service itself thrice. then i gave second service in Ramkay TVS velacherry. There also i informed, But the engine noise was low.Then fourth service i informed the problems what i m facing. they didnt respond. After that I informed and they take my bike to rectify, But not fully recovered. I am getting the noice from left side.
Kindly do the needful.

I want to know the reason, without take care of customer queries why the TVS company launched customer complaint form in net. its no use of the customer.

Do some thing needful for the customer. don't irritate and waste of customers valuable time. see a bike cost is 62000 Thousand anything is not free. Dont be like a business minded person.

I hate TVS service station and TVS company.

I brought new Apache RTR 160 3 month ago. bike to bhut he jyada khrab hai iske digital meter bilkul khrab hai. kabi bi kch bi proper nai show krta.

1) fuel
2) Speed
3) headlight

aur maine bar bar service center ko iske liye inform kiya but koi bi solution nai hua hai, abi tak meri bike ki 3 services ho gai ha but jo problem starting ma aai thi wo abi tak wasi ki wasi hi hai, service center wale bi saale sab chor hai bike ke new parts nikal kar usme khrab laga dete hai, aur bolte hain ki company ne aise he diya hai, ab mujhe ye nai samjh aa rha hai ki tvs ki bike me itni saari problems hai isly aacha hota agar mai Bajaj ki pulser le leleta to.

Tvs company bi chor hai, services book par jo delhi ke ph. numbers diye hue hai unpar call bi kabi connect nai hoti ab iske liye kya kiya jae kuch samjh nai aa rha hai..

i am ready to buy bajaj RTR 160cc Fi, but by seeing all the reviews. i am some what strucked. every one complaints are service. now i came to know that, tvs motors only aspect is to sell bikes but not customer's service. selling bikes is not the only aspect in the present competitive situation.i am going for bajaj pulsar.
 
I purchased New RTR in Feb 2008..From SK TVS Delhi. In the first service from SK TVS service centre, mayapuri, Delhi..they replaced my silencer with some rusted one..and when i complained they made fun of me. They told me that silencer colour was removed because of water. Also they told me to get it painted but when i insisted on putting a new one as bike is under warrenty, they told me that part is not available and will take weeks to come...Aftyer a long fight...Yes Fight...abuses..and toture...i got it replaced...Then one day my chain start making strange noises...when i went again to them...They took my bike in garage and after half an hour told me that alloy cover next to gear is broken and need to be replaced...They asked me to pay for it ...can you believe ...i have to pay even when bike is in warrenty., .TRUTH is they took revenge and broke it intentionally...SK TVS never allows to see your bike while repairing or Servicing...MOther fuckers...NOw my disk brake makes noises...I took it for second service and they air cleaned it...but after 1/2 km it again start making noises...NO MATTER WHAT NEVER GO FOR TVS BIKES as SERVICE WILL KILL YOU..TORTURE YOU...CHOOSE OTHER NOT SO GOOD BIKES as MENTAL PEACE IS WHAT MATTERS MOST.
 
Hi All,
I bought a Apache RTR-160 on March, 2008. After 1 week of my purchase, I found that Self-start was not working when the bike is in 1st gear.

During Ist Free Service : -
I told them about this complaint. Even though is said this complaint, they did not repaired it. The most pathatic thing is, the mechanic who serviced my bike does not know about this probelm. Then i fight for this...

During 2nd Free Service :-
This time, pick up of the engine slighlty dropped down and gear box had some probelm. Even this time they did not shown any care.

So, i am not going to give my bike for service over there.

"More Worries per hour" would be the best phrase to describe about "RAMKAY TVS SERVICE STATION - ADYAR" instead of "More Smiles per hour".

Guys, please be careful.

I am planning to get a new bike. My option is TVS Apache or Hero honda Karizma. Could any of one give me suggestions as which one would be best in terms of mileage, performance & long run ..etc.
