[Resolved]  TVS Service Center — TVS service center - Bangalore

TVS scooty service is very worst in Domlor, Bangalore. They are putting worst spare parts. With in a week, vehicle condition goes back. But they are charging for each service more than Rs 800.

I PURCHASED A TVS APACHE FROM RAMKAY ADYAR-THE SO CALLED "BEST SHOWROOM", BUT THE WORST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN THE SERVICE ..

WELL AND THE TVS APACHE IS ANOTHER BIG BLUNDER FROM THE HOUSE OF TVS.

THE BATTERY DISCHARGES
THE SELF MOTOR GOES USELESS..
HARD GEAR SHIFTING PROBLEM
NOISEY ENGINE
HIGH VEHICLE VIBRATION

I feel like i have made the worst decison of buying TVS apache and from Ramkay Adayar...

Not a single time they have deliver my vehicle on time.Once they damaged my side bracket under the battery compartment, because of the reason that the acid from the battery got split .They said they cant replace it as it is common.but after i fought with them and said i will go to the consumer court they said it will be replaced and they gave it in writing..They also peeled of the logo in the front bracket and the ruber bush in the sppedometer..

i got all this in writing..

They have already replaced my battery two time under warranty becuase of its malfuction...
and also the self motor which is used to start the vehicle
and my speedometer;


Well after that i did not use the vehicle much because of it irritating vibration which is really worse.

well dont go for TVS apache and dont even think abt RAMKAY ADYAR;chennai, who gives a nightmare...

anyone can rply me back and i have all proof for the same..and i have also written complaints to the higher autorities of Ramkay and TVS and not a single cared to answer/reply

I am not sure when we will get justice against frauds like this..

We have given our (12.08.2008) Scooty pep+ for general service, they canvased me to put refinishing coat. several times i asked the concern person weather if we put refinishing coat if there is any problem will come, he said no, there is no problem you can put refinishing coat. we will give one year will warranty for colour shade. At last while we taking delivery the vehicle colour totally faded and i left the vehicle and came back. After that the person who applied refinishing coat called me (He is not a TVS staff ) and suggested me to don't worry i will put another coat and it will be ok. Finally (19.08.2008) today we went to take delivery we are totally disappointed because the work done by them. Again i came back without taking delivery. STill now there is no response from their side.Tvs Customer care have to take necessary steps to clear this problem. And i having a big problem, i don;t know where to give complaint. TVS group can create Customer care service centre. Beacuse we people suffereing like anything.

I nakul naresh kumar purchased tvs apache 150 (veh no 6670) 18months back in sri sai show room at R.C Puram, because of attachment which i have with tvs & i also have scooty pep.

In this is 18 months span more than eight times metre gear has been replaced, 26 service have been done with in 22 thousand kms,

Thedealer ship which is given to them (sri sai motors rc puram opposite to jyothi theatre should be cancelled ) because they kill with bill with our doing any servicing with simple water wash
(ex i said that there is prb in meter gear they replaced entire wheel & given bill of 2000 bugs ) it happened 2 times

They dont have friendly nature with customers, Rudeness, no customer visted to that service center shows their satisfaction,

I Nakul Naresh Kumar purchased TVS APACHE BLACK (veh no 670) 18 Months back in SRI SAI MOTORS SITUATED AT R.C Puram, Opp to Jyothitheatre, Hyderabad.

Its the one of the worst service center i have seen in the ap cricle .

I have given complaint on three minor complaints

1) meter gear not working
2) Vibration
3) indicator not working .

For these minor repairs they killed with bill rating more than 4000 bugs, which is really pathetic, very difficult to digest for the normal people like us

Plz take necessary action on those people .I request u people to cancel the licence of that particular delaer as soon as possle on or before i go to cusomer court, , , , , , , , ,

i m from Guwahati Assam, i have bike of tvs appachi rtr 160cc after 6 month letter self start is not working & the servising center people ( Oniva Servicing Center Rehabari, Guwahati )are said that its not posible to repair i m totaly fadeup with this company. to whomw i cantact ???????????????????????
i could not find any service station at north east delhi. there is only one service station at jhilmil industrial area, who is cheater. could you apprise any service station.
I bought a Apache 150 in the month of June 2007, it has suddenly broken down after 6 months, i gave back to the dealer, susheel motors, they repaired and given back the vehicle, from the last three months, the battery is simply discharging changed the battery, changed the condenser charges the battery still given the same problem, I surrendered the vehicle to them saying keep the vehicle for 4 days, do full repair, if it gives the same problem i can not bear it. it is three days from now they are not responding
tvs sucks..im havin tvs flame nd the service of khanna motors ambala is the worst service from the other brands of bikes...they are not having spare parts...if any one will ask me hwz this bike i will just say the baddest company of the world...no one listen the complaints in ambala service station and only one service satation in whole city...so please remove all this dirt from the name of tvs its the best company but dealers are destroying its name popularity...pleast go through my complaint..i will be thankful to you...GO AHEAD..!!

I purchased a tvs scotty pep+ on 14th, July, 2008 and after that the vehicle has been serviced for 3 times.The scotty is having starting probelm and I have informed the service centre several times, but still the probelm is there. This is new vehicle and I do not understand, what is the issue.I want to know, whether it is manfacturing defect or the person at the service centre do not have expertise to give proper service.

Overall, the service from tvs is very worst and I am planning to sale the scooty.

Alright Guys!For me, The Verdict is out.TVS Apache RTR FI is the most DUD bike ever to appear in the Indian Market.I think it's only a matter of time before this bike & it's memory is confined to the dustbin of History.
After ridding the bike of it's manufacturing defects, which invo9lved replacement of the fuel injection pipe & tightening of some loose fitting component in the silencer(as told by the sevice centre mechanic), within ten days the rear disk brake pads had to be changed which cost 400 bucks.The issue of rear disk plate's unusually high friction against the wheel, still remained unresolved.I went to SNEHA TVS workshop in Dilsukhnagar(Hyderabad) to get this issue resolved & was shocked by what i heard from one of the mechanics.He said, the rear disk plate has worn off due to usage, because there was no oil in the rear disk oil can.He had no answer to my question that "Is'nt it their responsibility to check something as simple as oil level in the oil can, when the bike is with them for servicing & fault correction just ten days ago?.There was another shocker.The Mech said the cost could go upto 2, 500 bucks to get the disk plate replaced.I had to again use the same old tactic of consumer court threat to coax them to doing the required thing for free, because it's been just 4 months since I bought my bike & the rising maintenance costs have begun to defy logic.
I left my bike with them today in the morning to get it fixed yet another time.My Father fetched the bike from them at 5 in the evening.I returned home at 6 & was disgusted by what i saw.The rear disk plate has been changed, but the friction of the plate with the wheel has only increased, not decreased.I went for a trial ride & the pick-up has become more sluggish & it feels something is pulling the bike behind when one is riding it.The reason given for this appears to be just a CHOORAN.The mech said it will take a couple of days for the rear wheel to become "FREE".
Considering the fact that bikes are churned out of assembly lines & not hand made by a single person, I draw only one conclusion-I AM NOT AN ISOLATED CASE HERE.There are many out there who are stuck with this dead wood & maybe they are in a state of denial, which is a natural human response against anything which crops up unexpected.My suggestion to guys who have already been conned into owning this PIECE OF is-ETERNAL VIGILANCE.Be alert & be aware of your rights as a consumer & don't hesitate to use it when the time comes.
For those of you guys who are lucky enough not to own this bike, but still can't help drooling over it on the roads, I have a rocking advice.Just let it be known to any RTR FI owner how much you like his bike & I bet, he would be happy to hand it over to you for less than half the price he paid for the same bike.
I envy all the LUNAS, SPLENDORS, STAR CITIES, BOXERS, PULSARS, UNICORNS on the roads since the day I started riding RTR FI.

This is regarding my TVS Flame which i bought 7months back. i listed out few problem to dealer (Kohinoor motors, greams road) with in one week but they haven't rectified any thing till now(24 Feb 2009). And the worst service i have ever seen.

the problems i listed out during the first three service

> my tank tool box not closing - their response is "we have no box stock"
> bike vibration sound
> stuck while gear shifting
> left indicator not working

three service have been over so far and i went in between the services too but they didn't care about the problem. but on each and every service they say "Every thing is pakka". I am not satisfied with their service and their behavior.

i can do only one thing is I am not going to recommend any bike from tvs and especially from Kohinoor motors in Chennai.

I am planning to give the bike service either to street mechanic(more reliable than Kohinoor motors)
my another option is to give bike service to direct tvs service center.

which is better option. can anyone suggest what i should do.
I have some problem in my TVS Xl-SUPER.i go to HMT motors, Arumbakkam.TIN NO.[protected], CST NO.867667, Area Code.074.He told me, Bore is cheese, you change the Cylinder block spiston kit.i accept and hand over to HMT motors.he delevered and i m going to Lesser 10KM with 30km speed.then comes same problem.i have totaly upset because i have paid Rs.2241.00 for this service.this problem comes at 11.30pm(midnight).what we do at that time, i m going to my home at 4.00 am(morning) to walking with my bike.
anybody read this, please if you hand over the bike to any service center, please watch what doing mechanic.
